MEET Nick Hjelle
Coach

My Dad always taught me that if you want something done, nobody’s going to do the work for you. I grew up with that mindset and it’s always helped whether in sports or prepping for a show. You can be blessed with all the talent in the world, but if you don’t work hard it will be wasted.I played hockey all through high school and loved the competitive spirit and the work that you had to put into it to be great. Fast forward through a couple career changes and hobbies that included weightlifting, CrossFit, running, bicycling, basketball, ping pong, MMA, boxing, and a handful of others. You name it, I’ve probably tried it! Fast forward to about 6 years ago.... I was in a rut in my life and I didn’t know how to get out of it. I reached out to Chris and said I need help. The rest is history. I have had the pleasure of learning under him understanding all the tricks of the trade. We have become such good friends and know each other so we’ll, that anytime there is a change made to the process, both of us are usually thinking the same thing. People ask me a lot how long they should hire a coach, I tell them that I did 6 years ago and haven’t ever considered not having one. It’s someone to keep you on track and help you along the way and tell you no even when you’re justifying something in your own mind.

I have learned so much in the last few years and learn more every day. To me, the signs of a good coach are someone who is willing to adapt and is always learning and trying to better themselves and others. Signing up with Team Crushing Limits is a no lose situation. If you follow the plan you absolutely WILL see the results you want!
