Stephanie began her first figure competition prep June 2015 on a wild whim to challenge herself. While she was never much of an athlete growing up, Stephanie became interested in health and fitness in her early 30’s. She starting with a little MMA style training then moved into weightlifting and quickly developed a passion for the gym. Stephanie obtained her CPT certification through NASM July 2015. When the idea of competing in an NPC show was mentioned to her Stephanie laughed at the idea, but thought ‘what the heck. I’ll try it.’ Stephanie fell in love with the structure, challenges and process of competition prep.

Stephanie’s first show was NPC Med City in September 2015, followed by NPC Northstar October 2015.

June 2018 NPC Universe – Placed 3rd

July 2018 NPC USA’s – Placed 2nd – earned IFBB Pro card!

Stephanie’s hard-headed, just get it done, no excuses attitude is what she attributes to her success in her short bodybuilding career.
